Ordering 

You can send us your order by adding the product to your shopping cart, by sending us an email (office@eldata.com) or by sending us a fax (0031-206224337). When you have placed your order and did not get a confirmation within 24 hours (during the working week), please contact us so we can check the status of your order. If you have questions about a certain component, you can also call us on 0031-204208302.

All prices listed exclude Dutch VAT (19%), please include your VAT number (EU) if you have one to receive an invoice without VAT.

Shipping 

Shipping for orders bigger than € 50,00 will have shipping of € 12,00, if paid in advance. Within 24 hours of your order you will receive a pro-forma invoice you can use to pay the required sum. When the payment has been received we'll send you a confirmation via e-mail and the component(s) will be shipped. Orders bigger than € 50,00 within The Netherlands can also be shipped 'pay on delivery'(rembours), the shipping cost is € 20,00.

Orders less than € 50,00, paid in advance, can be shipped cheaper, € 7,00 (only to The Netherlands). When the payment has been received we'll confirm via e-mail and the order will be sent.
